Request for Proposals For the Website Upgrade

Lynwood Village Community Association is seeking proposals to update the LVCA website to add or improve the following functions: A registration page to become a member of the Association, by registering name, address and email address with the Association. -Must be able to de-register/unsubscribe for people that move away or no longer wish to be a member. -Activity Registration for community recreation activities, such as community soccer. -A functioning listserv email list for dissemination of LVCA and community information and newsletter. -A booking function to book the community building with integrated workflow, backend functionality for administrators to approve, such as Bookly. -Payment gateway. Synchronization with an outward facing web calendar. Proposals should be addressed to contact@lynwoodvillageottawa.ca by 31 March 2023 and provide a proposed schedule of work and fee for work.
