Lynwood Village Community Association: Fun Day Thursday Meetings (plan before the party)

The Fun Day is getting closer and things are coming together!

There will be two volunteer meetings next week and just before the event. We need you help to make this a success!

Fun Day Organizing Meeting 1

When: Thursday Sept 5th 7pm - 8pm
Where: Community Building (7 Sycamore Dr)
What: Update on activities and sponsors, volunteer organizing
Who should come: anyone who wants to help for 30-60min the day of the event! All help welcome, any age, no experience needed

Fun Day Organizing Meeting 2

When: Thursday Sept 12th 7pm - 8pm
Where: Community Building (7 Sycamore Dr)
What: Update on activities and sponsors, volunteer organizing, final prep!
Who should come: anyone who wants to help for 30-60min the day of the event! All help welcome, any age, no experience needed

Volunteers needed for:

Signs (keeping them pretty so others know of the event)
Setup the park for Fun times!
Bike Parade Chaperone (keep the kids safe!)
Sponsors Table Attendee
Baking Contest Judge (cannot be a contestent, you get to eat yummies!)
Barbecue Helper and Corn-on-the-Cob Shucker, and
Find more sponsors,
General Help (there always something)
